Charter Comminications Made mistake having monthly bill automatically withdrawn from bank. Charter took out twice the amount authorized. Any Help Out there! Middleton New Jersey

Charter Communications automatically withdrew twice the amount authorized for the Nov monthly bill. 300 dollars plus over draws on my account we approx: 500 dollars. Canceled automatic withdrawl at charter and my bank. Called billing and was told i would be issued a refund in 6 weeks? For an unauthorized amount plus my other bills were paid by my bank.

My bank turned around and charged me a fee for each overwithdrawl and put my acct in the negitive of approx: 500 dollars. NEED HELP! , a number to call, any other complaints I can file? Called back to see where my refund was and was told that there was no record of the 3 calls i made and that i was not due a refund. Would appreciate any advice on how to get my money back.
