I got the charter bundle for 79.99$ / months which includes cable TV and internet, first I had horrible experience with installation which took more than a week and then when I received the bill, the first month bill which was for only 1 day showed the rate for which I signed up for i.e 79.99, (49.99 + 29.99). when I login they immediately bill me for the next month and now they have changed the rates for the next month and charge me 23$ for one day service and new rate of the bundle which is now 104$. the advertised price is total ripoff and when I contacted the customer service they completely decline everything and lie. Charter has absolutely horrible customer service.
