Charter has now decided that it will control our free speech amendment rights by controlling what will be seen and heard on public access television.Since producers of these public access shows truthfully reported Charter's horrible customer service policies, they were banned from public access forever.

We, the people of the United States of America are GUARANTEED access by Federal Broadcast Laws. Charter is not entitled to revoke these rights and they are not privileged to ban producers who voice opinions which may differ from Charter's corporate policies.

We The People DEMAND immediate reinstatement of our Public Access Rights, which are guaranteed by the laws of the United States of America!!!Your compliance to these laws ARE NOT optional.

WE WILL speak our minds, whether Charter approves or not. It's our RIGHT as American Citizens. We shall not yield to your arrogant censorship of our free speech rights.

These policies reflect the actions of a Communist Chinese Government, not the actions of a company that operates in the United States of America.

It is absolutely intolerable that this corporation is allowed to operate in our proud and free country, while forcing repressive censorship in the style of a third world government.

Charter's privilege to operate in my community IS NOT guaranteed. WE can replace you AT WILL. Please remember this, Charter, as we move forward to BAN your thieving corporation from our city, county and state. DON"T TREAD ON ME!!!

Please join the movement to have Charter thrown out of your community. Contact your civic leaders NOW. File complaints with the FCC NOW.
I will see YOU banned Charter, and quite permanently. Good riddance.
