Chase Auto Finance Is trying to ruin my credit with mistakes they made Ripoff Fort Worth Texas

Chase Auto Finance has reported me to the credit bureau for paying late on my auto loan even after they admitted that the last payment due date on the original paper work was wrong. The paper work had the due date a month too early.I was even granted a one month extension by them that they choose to ignore even though I have it in writing.They had their collection department calling my home at least four or five times a day.

It was after the loan was paid off ...on time...that I received the letter stating that they had reported me to the credit bureau.

I will never finance an auto or use anything associated with Chase Bank again.
