These guys are operating out of Bangkok Thailand with THailand mobile phones
This guy is stating he is a high networth confindetial investor and uses the name Chatchaval Banalaph with a profile of himself etc..
he using a classic swing by introducing his invetments where we have to take clearances with Thai tax authority before he investments funds
he then introduces a lawyer thai complaince offices with his email name as

Chatchaval uses skype with skype id CHACHAPA WITH BIRTH DATE NOV 17TH 1943 and a senior man's photo
he also uses a whatsapp number as this, where his profile photo is of a white guy
he dated us for a month, sent us term sheets and then asked us to pay10K for permit
he got us permit from thai foriegn investment department.
it turns out they are all fraud and fabricated documents. we hired a detective who found out they are all fake documents, including his passport, permit, receits that they paid
these 2 guys are classic con artists and we have all evidences on them. they seem like a bigger racket of people who are operting on fiticious names and scamming people all over the internet.
please stay away and be very careful
