Chatham Dental Office Questionable Business Practices - Illegal Use of Funds Chicago Illinois

 My daughter had to have dental work done so her mom chose this dental office.  Since I am over 100 miles away from this location I had to call to make my payments.  I made 2 payments for, at least what I thought, towards my daughter's dental treatment plan.  Behold unto me, I found out there was a balance due upon her follow up appointment. I found out when my credit card payment was processed it was applied to some unknown account not authorized by me.  the dental office was fully aware of this and stated they would issue a refund.  Well its been almost 2 months since this occurred and I still have not received my refund.  I continue to call the dental office but the office manager and the dentist refuses to return any of my phone calls.  I guess someone is getting work done on my dime.
