cheapassmerch myspace.com/cheapassmerch i ordered shirts to be printed. the items i got, after first gentle washing following directions. the ink faded. they did not follow up and accused customer of lying. Internet

CHEAPASSMERCH proves to be a CHEAP company only looking to gain profits. 

This is the company I chose to use for my 4th printing of my shirts. Ive done business with them before, well just with the woman of the company. The business friendship lasted about a year or so, up until I informed them of my shirt printings having fading problems. I was pretty kind, courteous, and professional about it.  What I got back was unprofessional accusations that my customers were lying, or using chemicals to throw on my shirts to make the ink fade.  They were basically dismissing my claims and calling bullshit on me.  Exact words too.  Im rather new to this, and I have learned a lot from this experience.  They have chosen not to help me out with this, only to get defensive, offended, and turning it into something it didnt have to be.  I am pretty upset about what happened basically.  They just decided to DELETE me off of MYSPACE, and BLOCK me, just to make me disappear and cause their business no harm.  As if I dont have a reputation myself using their service.  How shameful! 

If you/anyone can be of any support to any brand, please write to them and tell them what theyre doing is wrong and their business ethics is backwards. I dont wanna add more fuel to the fire, because ending this could result in having to find legal help which will run me more than the shirt costs.  I just wish they didnt accuse my customers/supporters of lying. It offends me greatly. I would do a write up on associated content, but I do not have the time yet.  

Anyone who knows me, knows that I wouldnt make this sort of story up, nor would the people who buy my shirts.  Theyre practically family to begin with.  I just did what any normal person would, contacting a company after a problem with their order, but I was pretty much told to get lost, and disappear.  I am probably not the only person who have had this problem, and wont continue to be the only person. 

It just sickens me what people do for money. 

I just feel blatantly ripped off by CheapAssMerch.  They treated me like I take no pride in my work whatsoever.
