CheapoAIR Ticket departure change noticie Nationwide

Hi ,

I purshued a ticket for my wife from cheapOair and I received a noitice from them saying that my wife is not allowed to travel Nece Airport in France if she dosn't have a candian Travel document or visa , however my wife she has a Canadian permanent resident . 

CheapOair did not provide any informations to my wife at the purshase of the ticket at all! they just charge us the amount of the ticket and didnt provide any informations . Tried to call cheapOAir to make the changes of the flight ticket , they  put me on hold for hours and hours , then transfering me from one person to other without anys solutions with a havy Indian accent . I asked an agent for a solution , he response by saying that he submit a request to AirCanada and waiting for a response and should get an answer between 1- 2 Hours . I wait all day  , didnt get any answer , so I contacted Air Canada in Ottawa  , and thats the place who really are professional ; they said that they informed cheapOair that they are unable to provide any free ticket . 

CheapOair waste my money , my time , gave lot of stress !!! I asked them for refun or rebooking a ticket since the cheapOair agent didnt provide the correct information upon purshase of the ticket !!! 

CheapOair is the biggest scammer in the world !! worth to pay more for a great comapany such us AirCanada and not going through Indians working and acting as professional . 

I need this message to be considered , and , I hope my money be refunded as soon as possible .
