Cheapoiair.com It's not just that I had to put up with horrible customer service, but I also, was over charged! I purchased tickets on-line and ordered paper tickets to be sent to me, which was additional $24. When my tickets did not arrive at the estimated day, I called the customer service only to hear from the representative that I do not need to have paper tickets.I never recieved tickets and got overcharged New York Internet

I had the worst experience with this company! It's not just that I had to put up with horrible customer service, but I also, was over charged! I purchased tickets on-line and ordered paper tickets to be sent to me, which was additional $24. When my tickets did not arrive at the estimated day, I called the customer service only to hear from the representative that I do not need to have paper tickets. I do not understand why I had to argue with their customer service representative for a half an hour whether I need something or not. I wanted my paper tickets, I paid for them and they were not sent to me, EVER! After trying so many times I gave up and expected the company to reimburse me for the service they were not able to provide, but I found out that I got charged even more money. The difference between my tickets (including paper ticket fee) was $8, which is $32 more considering they did not provide me with the paper tickets I paid for.
I will never use this company again and advise all my friend not to make the same mistake I made.
