On February 11, 2007, I purchased the Charles Cooper Lottery Guide from www.cheatlotterynow.com for $54.96. From reading the copy I assumed it was a method to choose numbers for lotteries here in the US. Upon completing the transaction and downloading the materials, I realized a few things:

1. The site was not about a method for picking numbers for US lotteries.

2. The "Guide" was about joining a lottery club in Europe/UK.

3. The lottery guide was simply a rehash - sometimes verbatim copy - of that found on UK and European elottery club sites.

4. Nowhere in his web copy did he state this was about elottery clubs, or joining a club.

5. The $54.96 guide consisted of 10 sheets of paper, with very large print, again, rehashing - in some places - verbatim, information that was FREE on any number of elottery sites.

6. Besides ripping buyers off, the owner of cheatlottery now.com was ripping off these other sites, as well!

7. The links on these 10 pages of drivel were inoperative.

I immediately realized I'd been scammed into a purchase of a worthless "booklet." The copy on the site was fraudulent and misleading. It never mentioned "elottery" or that it was for UK or Euro lotteries, or that it was about joining a lototery club. Within minutes of purchasing the booklet, I requested a refund. I received no response, and then contacted their payment processor - Emetrix, out of Utah, I think - and they informed me they could not issue a refund without the owner's okay.

In the next several days, I sent several requests for a refund to both Emetrix and www.cheatlotterynow.com. Emetrix repeatedly denied my requests, and the website owner referred me to his Refund policy (what a joke). It stated that a person must use the plan. Then, if after what would be a few months, things did not work out, to send documentation, then he would consider a refund.

The point was I did not want to use the plan. I had no intention of playing the UK or European lotteries (I'm in the US), nor did I have any intention of joining a lottery club. Besides all this, the "report" was a complete joke. It said nothing, even if I had wanted to participate.

I was scammed, and to this day have not received a penny.

$54.96 for 10 sheets of paper filled with 100% worthless drivel that can be found FREE on any of the Euro Lottery sites.
