Check N Go Kimberly Dean I got threated yesterday about my account 350.00 to pay back. I'm unemployed right now and they are threating to take me to jail. my father just died two weeks ago and I"m waking up in the morning just to survive Help me!!! Detroit Michigan

 I got a call yesterday about a 350.00 note for Check N Go in 2009.  I got a threatning and call by the name of Kimberly Dean. No one sent me a letter informing me of anything  Now they want to put me in jail!! My father died a few months ago, and I'm still tryiong to deal with his death. I'm going to counseling because of this. I'm on welfare. I heard you guys are the best of helping people like me. Attourneys I don't know abou, other that they are expensive and being unemployed

The funds were successfully transferred into your bank account utilizing an interstate EFT which stands for electronic funds transfer.Basically all the payday loan companies and payday loan store in the state of PA working under my client which is Speedy cash Inc. SENT INFO TO MY EMAIL THREATING TO RUIN ALL OF MY PERSONAL/BUSINESS CONTACTS

NCR processing This company called me about balance that I had with check n go in 2014. I payed this company the balance sue on 4.20.15. They stated they would send me a receipt of my payment and I never received. I received a call on 1.5.2017 from another collection agency stating I still pwed same balance and I informed them I already paid in 2015. I called my bank to confirm amt was taking out on 4.20.15. I tried making co tact with this co.pany and not successful atlanta Georgia

Trademark management Called me about money from a payday loan. Told me the represented a payday company check n go. Spoke with check n go and they told me they dont know this company and the work only with United debt services and pay only to them ..I am disabled and they keep calling threating to take me to court or pay them large amounts of money the same day that I dont have. Everytime they call they threaten to take me to court if I dont pay them. And have often changed the amounts and dates....this has caused me to have mini strokes Coeur d'Alene Idaho

Check n go Chekngo, Rashad corp., colorofchange Checkngo sells the debt to multiple entities, threaten fraud, jail time, call my elderly mother repeatedly even after bankrupcy, gives generic report to Feds after complaint filed repeatedly for 3 years, uses throw away phones, sophisticated equiptment to alter location as if down the street from your address, states they are not bound by bankruptcy laws, refuses to give address or name of person calling, gives a bank accout to wire money to it, threatened to my elderly mother in jail for not giving them the message they called or for not giving them my location or info about me.
