On July 10, 2013 I found a listing on Zillow for a 3 bedroom apartment at Chelsea Park Apartments at 11850 E Maple Ave Aurora, CO 80012.
The listing quoted the monthly rent at $809 for the aparment.
That same afternoon I phoned and spoke to a woman named Sylvia who confirmed the $809 price for the 3 bedroom apartment. I asked if I could see it the next day. (Thursday, July 11, 2013) Slyvia said I could come in any time before 5 PM to view the apartment.
On Thursday July 11, 2013 I went to the leasing off of Chelsea Park Apartments in Aurora, Colorado at 11850 E Maple Ave, Aurora, CO 80012.
The woman in the office acknowledged that they had listed the aparment on Zillow for a monthly rent of $809 however, she also claimed the apartment was not available because of "cleaning".
She then quoted me a monthly rent of $1,200 for a 3 bedroom apartment.
