Cherry Auto Parts Network Ripped Me off!!! Toledo, Ohio

Dont buy from this company!! They have been giving me the run around since October 27th and the problem is still not resolved. We bought a transmission from them for 1998 they gave us a transmission that they said was interchangable but it wasnt, they tried saying my I didnt have the orginal transmission in. My mechanic confirmed it was the orginal transmission but the one they sent was too short so it needed a diffrent drive shaft the sales person charge me another $50.00 for a drive shaft and said it would work with transmission. My mechanic went to put the transmission in that they sent and it was no good, so they said they would send another one, in the meantime the drive shaft came in and they sent the wrong dive shaft not once but twice now. We got another transmission we think it is good but they have not sent the right drive shaft. I talked to the manager yesterday he said he would get us the right one. But I called today to find out and he just keeps hanging up on me and when I call their buisness phone there is no answere. So needless to say I have been dealing with these people for over a month they lie and give me a hard time about what they are doing wrong. I did pay for the extended warranty on the transmission but I am sure that was a waste of my money because I cant even get the right parts sent out or an answere from their company. I think this place is a complete SHAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
