chevron / synchrony bank they sent me a bill for there card which i did not sign up for and charged me a late fee which i hope does not go on my credit scores. It doesn't even tell me what i purchased for $27. There interest rates are 29%. a late fee of $38 on a $29 charge. orlando florida
