Chicago South Construction--Glenn H. Hale...$50,000.00 Dollars$$$$$$ owed back through his Lawyer`s Offices of Thomas Clifford Shaw with Lefkowitz,Shaw & Sentner where Mr.Shaw recieved certified check from Realtor Brenda Beeney with his client Glenn H.Hale present with Mr. Shaw`s witness and notary!!!!
Now,almost two years later and still waiting response!!!And Mr.Hale`s loan/promissory note of $50,000.00 Dollars and somekind of penatly to be paid in full !!!!!....Mr.Glenn H.Hale borrowed money (FEES) from me through his Lawyer and Real Estate Person to
promote his Chicago South Construction Business back in late October to be paid in full(FEES) for a total Sum ($50,000.00 Dollars) on December 29th,2008 and now to this date September 28th,2010) is in default almost two years and still counting with him nowhere to be found and being shielded / protected by his attorney and office/Orlando FL. Please note all this time,he has been in hiding with no communication with me....hiding from me....at this point with no money(fees) paying his Promissory Note owed to me back through his Lawyer`s office / Orlando Fl.
Now I must fill my days trying to find him for payment owed in full because his attorney will not assist in this matter eventhough he recieved certified check himself in his own office....strange to protect someone who certainly has done wrong and broken the Law that forces you to go to Civil Court knowing most will not and cannot afford further money/losses....Note he should have done his due dilgence and found Glenn H. Hale was already on the run stealing money from the Elderly in Mt.Dora,costing some $18,000.00 dollars,another fellow builder some$25,000.00 Dollars and now bringing him to his office to take my money of $25,000.00 Dollars with a promissory note he drew up and had notorized....seems LAWYER should be held accountable here in helping to break the law even if he didn`t know,they say no excuse for stupidty especially with Lawyers.....whose the "Theif".....
Please Note also "Demand" 'Letter" has been delivered and recieved by Mr.Glenn H.Hale,Chicago South Construction,Inc. with no "Responce"!!!!!
To Assist others who need to find Mr.Glenn H.Hale for payments in full,recently on Dec.7th,2008 he married attorney Diane Checchio,local downtown Orlando Divorce Attorney where now he has his office out of hers...interesting hu???....
