I  drove  four  hours  on  June 26th  to  take  my  disabled  epileptic  brother  to  see  The  Final  Fantasy  Show  for  his  B-day  and  paid  $120  for  nothing.  An employee  by  the  name  of   Diane Pritchett-Wills argued  with  us  because  we  were  20 minutes late  and  wasn't  going  to  let  us  see  the  show,  she  even  said  the  F- word.

She  upset  my brother  soo  much  that  he  got  a  migraine,  which  will  trigger  a  seizure,  so we had to leave.  We  wasted  our  money  and  a  chance  of  a  life  time  for  him to  see  the  show  because  FINAL  FANTASY  is  his  favorite  game  and  movie.  They said they are not able to refund our tickets but are always willing to listen to their patrons and see if there are area’s on which they can improve.

This was a lie because the Diane employee was never reprimanded and they make thousands from every concert but couldn't refund $120 to a disabled person who only gets $600 a month to live on. Pathetic. Don't bring your loved ones to this horrible place.

Was there an option for "late seating"? Many concerts offer this, although not all of them.  As a concert-goer I am always distracted by late arrivals.

There was no excuse for her behavior though. Did she offer you the option of late seating (if available)?
