Chico Electric Supply has been placed for immediate collections/litigation with my firm Asset Collections Inc. Case # 736.214, in the amount of $1544.09, and is refusing to pay or make a reasonable payment plan. He owes for Shipping Services, My client is a Large freight forwarder, and did business out of good faith, now this guy refuses to pay, and is stealing m,y clients services.
We wanted to warn other companies of this Debtors theft of services. ACI (Asset Collections Inc) is forming a full creditors commitee against this company to force them to pay or force them to liqudate assets to pay off our clients. If you are also owed money, contact ACI-to get help in recovering your money too. (((phone number redacted))) The responsible party William B Duncan aka Bruce Duncan is the responsible party and owner.
If Bruce or his company makes agreements to pay, or settled this debt, I will adjust this report accordingly. But todate he has made absolutely NO efforts to Pay my client for the services rendered.
