Child Protective Services Ripoff, lied and purgury Waco Texas

Child protective services specialists, leann gardner, has lied in court and elsewhere. My visits were scheduled every other week and in june 2004 b/c there were 5 weeks i had to go 2 without seeing my kids 3 weeks. when questioned she said thats b/c the judge ordered twice a month. July 7th i found out there was no court order. July 8th she admitted to lying and apologized.

For the 1st 7 months i received no court papers and was going to the courthouse to get them myself. I requested to see my children on mothers day since my mother had them. They refused.

My daughter was evualuated and when questioned why the foster mom was able to be in there, her response "Beckie is not the perpetrator. The police dept has notified them i played no role and have been ruled out by the police as a suspect.

I have completed the required parenting class and received a certificate of completion. Some parents did not. Leann put in the court reports that allthough i atteded parenting classes, I was not an active participant. However, I received a certificate.

Leann has told me if i tell my children i am fighting in court to get them home she will stop the visits. She confronted me in front of my kids and told me the visits would be stopped. In court when asked about that she said she thought the kids were gone but then turned around and said she was holding my 1 year old.

I was in college and at one piont in time was taken anger management classes oredered by the judge. I had the judge that ordered them to sign that I no longer have to go due to my school schedule and the instructor agreed. However s he told me i will not get the kids back until i finish. I continued going and dropped out of school so i could have my children back. Now she said I munlipulated the judge.

Thier therapist has stated an improvement and no concerns at this time, the anger management instructor has also said an improvement has been made. The CPS worker states theat although there is improvement noted it was only recently. She has told me that oce they note am improvement she will increase the visits and in a couple of months of noted improvement i will get my children back. Howver she has told the judge that b/c it was recent improvement it is not enough.
