This company supervisor starts out season promising workers to make $7000+ in current season. Workers this year that started the beginning of season to ending of season only made $4800. June to October. There's no travel reimbursement for going up there, they promise bonuses but they will never deliver. Even if you stay till end of season. They said the bonus would of consisted of reimbursements for travel, food, ect, After the first 6-8 weeks the hrs were very hard to come by. The last 2 months we were lucky to make $100 a week. The boss kept promising we would be getting lots of hrs soon. Never happened.

Working long hrs up to 19 hr days with 1 lunch, breaks were getting cut short for the people at end of production line. if they call break for the line the people at the end of the production line have to finish that work before they could take their break. It some times takes 10 minutes to catch up with the line, and when they take break its only 5 minutes. When in egg room breaks gets cut all together during big caviar amounts. We were told get this done.

Bunkhouse had no security at all, the bunkhouse had no working locks on door or rooms or the main entrance doors. As a result us workers got robbed during this season. Bunkhouse is located on a hillside above plant. Workers were treated poorly, when asking for a ride to town the bosses replied, "Stick your thumb up". A lot of the time people don't stop and you end up walking the 5 miles to town. We had to go to town for food & other needed items. The bosses wasn't willing to help us get what we needed from town, they refused to o the shopping for us.

Bunkhouse is in very poor condition inside and out, epically around the bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom had a leak at the base of the toilet, which would cause the ceiling in lower bathroom to fall down with toilet water dripping all the time. The bosses were confronted on several occasions about this issue and nothing was ever done about it. When the season started the bunkhouse had no heat at all, there's bare wires sticking out of the walls, and ceiling, broken windows. The garbage was piled on the porch, which attracted bears around the bunkhouse. The garbage was hauled to the dump about once every 2 to 3 weeks.
