Chimnee Cricket came out promptly as scheduled to clean my chimney and clean my dryer vent. They suggested that I replace the vent for several valid reasons and rescheduled the work for a Saturday. They charged me $50.00 deposit to order the vent.

As it turns out, Chimnee Cricket is not even open on Saturdays. I waited 3 hours for them to arrive and they never showed up. They will not return my calls. I regret ever giving them a dime.

Michelle had tried contacting us during the summer on a Saturday. The OFFICE does not open on a Saturday but the technicians do work on Saturdays.

I personally tried to contact her. But no response back, it was like playing phone tag. But we had to reschedule her over again due to rain weather a week before that causes us to be unable to finish our recent jobs.

If you were to pay over 5 thousand dollars worth of work, and it rained a few days, wouldn't you want them back out the next nice day? We have to make sure we're still at one job site before we can move on to the next. Sometimes customers don't understand how Home Repairing business works. We function according to weather.

If Michelle is interested in receiving her deposit back why hasn't she contact us stating so? And so far i only heard from her once back complaining because we had to reschedule her.
