China Bases of Singapore China advertises HGH, and other quality medicines, at reasonable prices. It claims a certificate of purity issued by the Peoples Republic of China.

China Bases accepts no credit cards, requires bank wire-transfer of funds prior to shipment, claims to guarantee all of its products, and ships according to "any special instructions".

Their HGH sales contact is Mr. Xu Hai Ke. I spent a period of 2 weeks trading Emails with Mr. Xu, researching his company, HGH temperature requirements, and shipping variables.

All HGH must be kept at 36-42 degrees Fahrenheit at all times. The temperature requirements are the same for any HGH from any source, whether U.S. or foreign.

Mr. Xu stated that any special shipping requirements would be honored. He promised 3 day delivery of HGH within the strict temperature limitations. He was quite clear on this.

I required delivery Mon-Fri 9AM-5 PM, or Sat by 2PM. I required the words "REFRIGERATE IMMEDIATELY" on the box. I was quite clear on this. My instructions were via Email.

The HGH arrived after 7 days, unrefrigerated, and hot. The box did NOT say "Refrigerate Immediately", nor "perishable", nor was it by guaranteed 3rd day mail. It sat in the post office in Florida from Thursday to Monday, when it was delivered.

The U.S. Post Office denies any liability, stating the box was not by "guaranteed 3rd day delivery", even though it sat in their post office for 4 days after receipt.

I Emailed Mr. Xu immediately when the HGH arrived hot and damaged. Mr. Xu said that even though the shipping temp greately exceeded the allowed value, the product was "good".

The HGH does not mix properly, and sticks to the sides of the vial. The instructions say that if this happens, discard the vial. This happened to every vial I had. All the vials are bad.

Mr. Xu refuses to answer any of my subsequent Emails. He refuses to honor the "quality guarantee" of his product, even though he did not ship the HGH according to my shipping directions.

Mr. Xu did not insure the HGH, and stated for customs purposes that it was "samples for research". I want my money back, or a replacement shipment of undamaged goods.

China Bases does NOT stand behind their products, and RIPS OFF customers because it is "a world away", and can get away with it.
