chip4sales.com Scam, Company did not give me the chips after I ordered. Lost $116 Internet

On Sept 13th around 9pm eastern time. I logged onto their website www.chip4sales.com and ordered 60 million. Prior to ordering, I've spoken to one of the live agents. I was told I would receive the chips in 30 mins. It ended up 6 hours and still nothing they made up an excuse and said their system is down. They want your driver's license info, your social insurance which are very important information. Which I didn't give to them. Don't buy from these guys ever.
