In 2008 I took my 2001 Dodge truck to Chips Auto Service in Jeffersonville Indiana to have transmission work done.
They told me my transmission must be rebuilt.I paid them over 1400.00 to have it done. It took them about a week to do it.
The first day out with the transmission it broke down. I had to call a wrecker and have the truck towed back to the shop. The guy at Chip's Auto Serive in Jeffersonville indiana told me some story about what went wrong.
he also stated that they would issue an extra 1 year warranty due the problems. Over the next year the transmission slipped everyday, I went back into Chips Auto Service many times until they finally told me they did not use that transmission guy any more and I was pretty much out of luck.
So here we are now the transmission has totaly failed and when I went to talk to them about it they threatend to call the police!
Do not trust these guys they are Ripoffs! I have all the documentation to prove it!
