Choice Gold Services Unauthorized ACH for $99.95 Carson City, Nevada

This is one of the most horrendous acts that I have come across on the internet. Choice Gold attached to an application I filled out for a loan advance on the internet. Obviously if I am in need of funds the last thing I needed was for someone to rip me off of the little that I already had. I live on a very fixed income and when CHOICE decided to make an unauthorized ACH withdrawal from my account it made all the normal bills that are paid out of my account to be returned as NSF. My bank charges $34 dollars per each NSF. I was already short for one bill and now I was left with over $102 in NSF fees. This occurred on a Friday and when I called them promptly on Monday I was greeted with very obstinate customer service people who advised me to file a police report. I requested to have the document that I supposedly filled out applying for this and I was refused. I was once again told to file a police report. Which I fully intend to do.
