I ordered a trial of the product and unknown to me, this company includes the shipping period in the 12-day trial, which is even more interesting because the email tells you that it can take approximately 7-days to even receive the product! I know for a fact they did not ship out the product 1 business stay later, because I ordered on a Friday and they did not contact me to 'verify my address' until Wednesday, and then I did not receive it until Saturday... Here it is the following Wednesday and I was charged to have a 30-day supply sent out to me. When I called to request a refund I was told it wouldn't happen until I returned the item, which is fine but I am responsible for payment for shipping it back! I told them I am going to call my bank and have them stop payment on their unauthorized charge and they proceeded to explain to me the repercussions of doing such a thing because "I agreed to the terms and conditions". NO! I agreed to EVALUATE the product for 12-days and decide if I wanted to continue, not wait for 9 days and then get charged after 3-days of evaluation.
I fully intend on filing complaints with each and every government run agency to have this company shut down from scamming any future consumers.
