choice one mortgage co is a rip off scam, as agreed upon I sent the total of 2800.00 dollars for help of refinancing my home,as the "salesman" Bill told me too, this was paid to choice one instead of my mortgage payment for 4 months,while payment were going in I got weekly calls that it was "going as expected". The last payment went in Bill called for more money. There was no more money to send,I informed him, that is when I knew I had been scammed by this company. The office of Bridget Melso of choice one informed me via email that now I didn't qualify for help. The money was to be returned if the process didn't go through, I never seen any. The contact phone number was gone now. I tried to contact thru email and was sent to my orginal mortgage company,now I am in behind more than 4 months payments
