Chris Hutcherson Steals Gorilla TV & renames to Elevision Network TV
__________________________________________________________

Internet-based company Internet Marketing Gorillas' specializes in lead generating technology for the Network Marketing industry. The business plan for Internet Marketing Gorillas was simple; sell the company's search inclusion capabilities to organizations requiring leads to operate their businesses. Instead Internet Marketing Gorillas was robbed by Mr. Hutcherson and now the Internet Marketing Gorillas is asking the FBI and SEC for help.

Robert Henslee, who is the founder of Internet Marketing Gorillas said, Search inclusion is our core competency at the Gorilla, and it is the foundation of our venture capital. Our powerful technology was established from an initial idea that was five years in the making.

Henslee knew he could grow his AUMMB search inclusion technology into a multi-million dollar concern. With this confidence, Henslee financed his house to see his idea develop. He then partnered with Mormon Church leader and one-time friend Chris Hutcherson making him CEO of the new LLC out of Utah. Mr. Hutcherson's order of business was quite specific; sell inclusion services to large up-lines in the MLM industry.

One of the major problems we had with Mr. Hutcherson was that we could not get him to work the company's business plan and to stay on target. He was not a team player. Every single time I would turn around, he was chasing another Get Rich Overnight' scheme he dreamed up. This wasted a lot of senior management time and ultimately ended up affecting a delay in delivery of services to our investors and customers. This burned up significant investor dollars, which were extremely valuable and hard to come by, and delayed the launch of the inclusion model.

Our corporate management team thought Mr. Hutcherson was a financial freight train looking for a place to wreck and it turns out they were right, because we soon discovered tens of thousands of dollars had been misappropriated and used in ways other than approved of by the investors and the founder, for Mr. Hutcherson's own personal agenda, says Henslee, who is Chief Technology Officer, and Chairman of the Board for IMG.

One of the clues that we had a serious problem with Mr. Hutcherson came to our attention when we discovered venture capital funds had been directed into his personal bank account. As a seasoned CEO he should have known that this type of behavior was totally unacceptable. He should have been terminated at this time, Henslee adds.

Now we are starting to understand why Mr. Hutcherson refuses to produce any financials or accounting for the investor funds. There is no telling what Mr. Hutcherson has done with the investors' money. Because of Chris Hutcherson failing to cooperate, IMG has to do this the hard way and bring in law enforcement agencies in order to get a proper accounting of the investor funds. Hutcherson's actions violate so many SEC regulations and federal laws, complaints are being filed accordingly. We're asking the FBI and government agencies, both state and federal, to do a complete investigation of Mr. Hutcherson and prosecute as necessary to the fullest extent of the law, explains Robert Henslee.

One of the many examples of misappropriation of funds by Mr. Hutcherson was discovered after the Internet Marketing Gorillas finalized contract negotiations with a software development company called Ojeez. This company offered a social network which Chris Hutcherson strongly wanted to participate in, aiming to have IMG rebrand and relabel at some future date. Mr. Henslee, as president of Internet Marketing Gorillas, was very much opposed to the parallel effort and wished to remain loyal to IMG's initial business plan and core competencies - the basis upon which the investor funds was raised.

I told Chris clearly in an email in March 2008 that this effort - to partner with Ojeez - would dilute precious company resources and delay the delivery of the inclusion models to our venture capitalists that had already anteed up, says Robert Henslee. Mr. Hutcherson could care less if we delivered late to our existing venture capitalists. His only concern was his precious subscription model.

This has been further demonstrated by Mr. Hutcherson actions to date which have caused considerable damage to IMG and investor efforts to realize a profit. The damage to the corporation may not be repairable and the damage caused by Chris Hutcherson to Mr. Henslee is quite considerable.

Even today senior staff can still remember Mr. Hutcherson's comments on several conference calls. It became extremely annoying to hear Mr. Hutcherson rambling on about how we are going to make millions on the subscription models. It also became apparent to all at this time that Mr. Hutcherson was only concerned for himself and was not concerned with the delivery of services to our major funding partners, adds Mr Henslee.

In spite of objections from IMG's president, Mr. Hutcherson continued to pursue the software contract with Ojeez for his own personal agenda. It seems he needed to pump up the investors so he could run off with the money and dump IMG.

Mr. Hutcherson contracted with Ojeez to develop a strategic partnership with Internet Marketing Gorillas - using their technology to license two private label versions of the Ojeez social network with the IMG brand. The contract called for Ojeez to build a custom branded Internet Marketing Gorillas version of the entire Ojeez platform licensed at a one-time fee in the tens of thousands of dollars. IMG president Robert Henslee reluctantly agreed to the acquisition stating it would delay delivery of the inclusion models to the existing customers and investors. The investors have not seen the application they paid for. In fact, nobody has received much from Mr. Hutcherson but an empty wallet and a lot of hype.

CEO Collaborates with Executive Vice President to Misappropriate Investor Funds

Chris Hutcherson seems to have made decisions independent of the business plan for Internet Marketing Gorillas, and without executive discussion with the owner and Chairman of the Board, Robert Henslee. Subsequent to his own decisions, Hutcherson presented Robert Henslee with an employment contract for Daryl Snyder, the Executive Vice President of Ojeez. Henslee rejected the employment contract and refused to hire Daryl Snyder. Mr. Hutcherson expressed significant frustration when, as CEO holding only 49% of the shares and thus not being sole decision maker, he could not employ Mr. Daryl Snyder. The Internet Marketing Gorillas, under Chris Hutcherson's own determination - released funds to Ojeez for the acquisition of the White label social network application.

As part of my investigation I contacted Zachary Schenkler, President and Founder of Ojeez. He reported never receiving any funds into Ojeez for the acquisition, said Robert Henslee.

Apparently Chris Hutcherson and Daryl Snyder appear to have collaborated with each other in a scheme to misappropriate approximately $30,000.00 from investors.

Robert Henslee states; The realization one needs to make here is that Zachary's company - Ojeez - never received the funds and the Internet Marketing Gorillas never received the application source code which IMG paid for. Where did the money go? Chris Hutcherson actively pitched investors on the many benefits that Internet Marketing Gorillas would bring to the table with the social network. Then he simply appears to have taken their money and failed to deliver services to the investors.

An FBI agent in Miami, where the original complaint was made, described this as a Pump and Dump scheme in what appears to be a clear-cut case of fraud perpetuated by Mr. Hutcherson. Chris Hutcherson engaged individuals in the hype, took their money and then dumped them so he could move on to his next moneymaking scheme. Allegedly, in his more recent Pump and Dump Scheme involving Internet Marketing Gorillas, Mr. Hutcherson embezzled the funds with the help of Mr. Daryl Snyder for his own personal gain.

Robert Henslee called Daryl Snyder and stated clearly to him that the Internet Marketing Gorillas did not employ him, and as Chairman of the Board and majority shareholder, Henslee had denied the employment contract presented to him by Hutcherson regarding Snyder. Mr. Henslee told Snyder that Chris Hutcherson misappropriated the money he had received. Henslee asked for the monies to be refunded since IMG received nothing for the investment. Mr. Snyder refused to comment. Note to the FBI: Doesn't this constitute embezzlement of funds?

Mr. Henslee said; I warned them - yet both Mr. Snyder and Mr. Hutcherson went forward with their Pump and Dump act. These actions unquestionably damage Internet Marketing Gorillas in a major way. To date Mr. Snyder still illegally pretends to represent IMG. We can only guess he now works for Mr. Hutcherson's new company. We know he received a lot of cash from Mr. Hutcherson, though for what, we don't know.

After Mr. Hutcherson deceptively and illegally gained control of the Internet Marketing Gorillas he then did report that Mr. Snyder was indeed an employee of the corporation. This was despite Robert Henslee's refusal to accept or sign the employment contract presented by Mr. Hutcherson. This would seem to strongly suggest a premeditated move by Mr. Hutcherson to act deceitfully and unlawfully, and to defraud and embezzle from both companies.

As an aside, Mr. Hutcherson used all of Mr. Henslee's on-line assets to pitch to IMG investors. He then stole all the operating funds from the partnership for his own personal agenda while lying to investors, telling him that he is the original founder of Internet Marketing Gorillas, which he clearly is not. Then Mr. Hutcherson stole one of IMG's intellectual properties and is trying to start a new company where he plans to use the stolen goods, all while dumping IMG, destroying the company Internet Marketing Gorillas (probably because he illegally moved the stock) and screwing Mr. Henslee out of his IMG stock and company assets as well. More of Mr. Hutcherson's Pump and Dump, it seems. This should be very easy to prove in a court of law and is a textbook example of Pump and Dump'.

During my investigation, I noted not one single investor had received stock certificates and only a few had unauthorized corporate resolutions signed only by Mr. Hutcherson, which would make them completely worthless without the accompanying signature of myself, said Robert Henslee, Chief Technical Officer, Founder and majority shareholder.

Further, my investigations revealed that Mr. Hutcherson appears to have a repeating pattern of Pump and Dump' activity in his past. My greatest concern is for the IMG investors, who simply don't seem to realize Mr. Hutcherson is certainly not following the business plan that was presented to them. Instead, the company into which they confidently invested seems to be following Chris Hutcherson's own personal Pump and Dump plan since his efforts to steal control of Internet Marketing Gorillas. Surely these crimes warrant jail time.

Mr. Hutcherson's efforts include (1) seizing the company's operating accounts; (2) violating the partnership agreement; (3) raising funds without proper offering documents; (4) not issuing stock certificates to investors; (5) hiring a phony attorney; (6) misleading investors; (7) refusing to provide any accounting for investors funds; (8) raising funds without proper risk analysis and disclaimers; (9) depriving me of income and my livelihood while trying to discredit me and destroy my reputation; (10) using terrorizing tactics to bring about the foreclosure on my home all while trying to secure my company stock for pennies on the dollar; (11) starting a new company with intellectual property stolen from IMG, subsequently depriving me as the owner and the investors of their rightful profits; (12) attempting to defraud me of my stock and my company profits; and lastly (13) devastating and damaging IMG the company. This man is not a reliable CEO - and his track record demonstrates this. If you have invested in any of Chris Hutcherson's business ventures, please contact me immediately, adds a distraught Mr Henslee.

All these illegal acts have been undertaken by Chris Hutcherson behind-the-scenes in an effort to actually gain legal control of Internet Marketing Gorillas and the proprietary intellectual property - a company in which Hutcherson was only CEO, with only 49% of the shareholding. Since he couldn't control it completely, he just stole it.

It appears that Mr. Hutcherson pumped up the IMG business plan and then dumped it. He then pumped up the AUMMB model (the foundation technology for the Internet Marketing Gorillas that the investors were presented with) then dumped it after claiming the primary function, Google search inclusion technology, didn't work.

We never had the chance to make this alleged discovery, because Chris Hutcherson delayed the project. He could not see that the basis of our business plan was to focus our energies on delivering the goods to our investors. Hutcherson simply failed to comprehend the importance of staying on track, of working toward the one successful outcome that would generate the results our investors entrusted us to deliver. Now we know why Chris Hutcherson couldn't follow the plan. Mr Pump and Dump had his own plan, claims Mr Henslee.

His energies were constantly diluted over several different ideas, always looking for how he could generate money from this scheme, or that idea, or some other business. I warned him in an email, telling him we could not risk diluting our focus, that it would spell disaster. And now it has, Henslee said. I feel sorry for our customers because to date he's not produced any tangible results and has damaged the company significantly as a Pump and Dump scheme does.

In yet another Pump and Dump, Hutcherson pumped up the Ojeez social network - IMG partnership and then dumped it. Hutcherson is now pumping up the Elevision concept, a stolen product (this concept was developed at IMG by Mr. Henslee), while illegally attempting to dump Mr. Henslee the president of the company through the use of a phony attorney. As CEO, Hutcherson is clearly damaging the corporation, Henslee said.

Frank Maguire - the cofounder of FedEx - is now promoting stolen IMG intellectual property known as Gorilla TV. Mr. Hutcherson renamed this stolen property, calling it Elevision and is busy promoting across the internet and to more investors. The following is a quote from Frank Magure.com The Elevision Network is the real thing, my friends. I have been here since the beginning of this charmed endeavor. And from the beginning, I have experienced, first hand, the driving, determinant passion and purposeful clarity of its creators; the preeminent talents of its contributors; the limitless potential for greatness that The Elevision Network represents. I am proud to be its official spokesperson and Chairman of the Board

I don't think Frank Maguire would be happy to know he's next on Mr Hutcherson's Pump and Dump list. I guess Mr Hutcherson tired of screwing me and now he wants to do Frank for a while. I urge Frank to give me a call right away. Chris Hutcherson has got him peddling stolen property, Who knows maybe Frank and I can make a deal. Henslee said.

Subsequent background investigations into Mr. Hutcherson revealed a history of Pump and Dump activity. At one such corporation, Penn-Akron also known as Children's Heroes, investors were left with enough worthless stock certificates they could easily wallpaper their homes. One family reported losing over $300,000.00 plus to this Pump and Dump scam facilitated by Mr. Hutcherson.

If you're a law enforcement agency IMG can provide you with the names. I feel pretty certain these victims would be willing to testify against Mr. Hutcherson to bring him to justice, says Henslee.

There were many others we found, as well. To all law enforcement agencies wishing to follow up, please contact IMG via email immediately on the Marketing Gorillas website, said Mr. Henslee. Additional victims of this scam may be found by looking at the stock certificates issued by Penn-Akron as well.

We are cooperating with law enforcement to aid in the investigation and criminal prosecution of Mr. Hutcherson. As such, we are requesting any of Mr. Hutcherson's victims (past or present) to contact us immediately so we may pass this information on to the various investigative agencies like the FBI, such that Mr. Hutcherson may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and brought to justice accordingly. We want to put a stop - now, once and for all - to Chris Hutcherson's greed and criminal actions, Henslee added. We know the FBI will do a good job.

The investors of Internet Marketing Gorillas need to wake up. Chris Hutcherson is misleading them and if they fail to replace him as CEO of Internet Marketing Gorillas, their lack of action is going to cost them a lot more than bananas.

It's their money at stake. The investors need to realize that Mr. Hutcherson is a very good salesman like most conmen are. It concerns me that investors continue to march like cows headed straight for the slaughterhouse. In my opinion Mr. Hutcherson will not fail to slaughter them. He certainly slaughtered me when I trusted him, claims Mr Henslee. Now he's working on Frank and I don't know who else. I just don't know what Chris did with my own IMG stock, but I expect it is probably illegal. I'm going to find out and let a judge decide.

Mr. Henslee reminds all investors that he owns 51% of Internet Marketing Gorillas and has their best interests firmly on his radar. But he has found it extremely challenging to fulfill his judiciary obligations as Chairman of the Board and majority shareholder, given the severe conditions under which he has to operate.

Conditions, he states, have been intentionally inflicted upon him through Chris Hutcherson's callous, manipulative, coercive and illegal actions.

This is an act of terrorism and senior management of IMG is asking for all government law enforcement services especially the FBI and SEC to investigate and prosecute Mr. Hutcherson accordingly to the fullest extent of the law, Mr Henslee points out.

Mr Henslee adds this warning:
To any company or investor that participates in selling IMG's technology; we are advising them that they are dealing with stolen property and may be an accessory in several different crimes. They therefore must realize they have a liability in this matter. Specifically Gorilla TV in its renamed entity. Be advised: If you are using IMG's intellectual property without permission of the majority owner Mr. Henslee, you are committing a serious crime. You have a huge liability and you will be hearing from the company's attorneys along with the FBI, SEC and from Mr. Henslee. You can be assured of this.

There have been a lot of innocent people who have lost their retirement funds because of Mr. Hutcherson's Pump and Dump scams, and I am asking the FBI, SEC, and the state and federal government to step in and stop him from hurting anybody else, adds Mr Henslee. It's a serious tragedy to see what he's doing to people and how they are suffering. I know I've suffered tremendously because of Chris Hutcherson's actions and I hope the FBI and SEC can do something right away before he can hurt more people.

I just want the investors to know that I will ensure the company executive infrastructure will be much more robust when a new CEO is in place that can be trusted and is proven in an executive environment. Right now though, since Chris Hutcherson is freezing me out of accessing the corporate accounts, and since he has used illegal, unethical and immoral methods to steal my company, I have no funds - I can't generate income for the investors and I certainly don't have two dimes to rub together for myself, Mr Henslee explains.

Because I financed my home for IMG, my house has been forced into foreclosure three times now, and if it weren't for some very caring and generous friends who have been my lifeblood these past two months, I don't know where I'd be. This is what it's like to do business with Mr. Hutcherson. I've had to go without food for days on end when I haven't had any money to eat. I can't function effectively. I am awake most nights worrying myself sick over how I can fix this mess caused by Chris Hutcherson. He was a one-time friend, and now he doesn't care if I eat or starve, or if I lose my house.

Mr Henslee says, Right now, I need the investors to come forward, to contact me and to be prepared to discuss solutions. We need to have the FBI and SEC move swiftly with their investigations into Chris Hutcherson. We are asking the FBI and SEC to take a hard look at any investor involved with IMG who is now an investor with The Elevision Network. There is something terribly wrong and illegal happening here and we know that Mr. Hutcherson facilitated it. Most importantly, we need to take action immediately to remove Chris Hutcherson from Internet Marketing Gorillas and instigate investigative and prosecutorial proceedings against him with both state and federal agencies such as the FBI. It will require investor funds to ensure Mr Hutcherson does not totally destroy their investment.

Mr. Henslee said that as an officer of the corporation it was his judiciary responsibility to report these discrepancies to both state and federal officials, namely the FBI and SEC, to affect the investigation and prosecution of Mr. Chris Hutcherson and any of his associates who helped to perpetuate this fraud. We hope and pray the FBI and SEC will make the difference for all. The help from the FBI and SEC is badly needed here.
