Chris Morris Gray Smith asking for 1,850.00 to pay to a diplomat for delivery off 1.8 million dollars iraq Internet

I been texting and talking on yahoo messenger and facebook to a guy that calls himself Chris Morris.ph 281(((redacted)))  He claims to be madly in love with me and is coming to las vegas to marry me.I new from the start this was a scam.he claims hes so in love that he wants to send me his share (1.8 million)of the millions found in afghanistan.from the so called the spoil of war.Being that his rank is general surgeon the money was divided among them.He trust and love me so much.Hes sending the box to me.the diplomat responsible for the delivery is Gray Smith.He text me the address where im suppose to send the delivery charges 1,850.00 trough moneygram.the money is to be sent to, torriano julian butler country bahamas area code 1242 state_new providence city nasau.tomorrow nov 23 2015.  i called the fbi and try to give them this info to see if they could catch this scammer.they say for me to file a complain and that was it.no wonder is so many old people being scammed.we have not one that wants to catch them.I think that the info i have could have landed this or part of this criminals in jail.But not one cares.that is very sad! I been playing along to see if i can get him but i can"t find help.I hope i find it here,if i can manage to buy more time.Thank you helpppppp pleaseeee
