Christianlouboutin.formulatees.com stole my money and refuses to give me a refund Concord, NC, Shanghai, China Internet

I ordered shoes from this website and when I got them they were horribly made and not like the pictures on the website, not even close. The bottom of the shoes are scraped up like they have been wore, there is red paint on the heel and the insides of the shoes are lifting, like the padding. I immediately contacted the company via emails and their contact page and asked them how to return the shoes and get a refund. I got a generic message from them, they thanked me for my order and said they were going to look into the matter and get back to me. I took pictures of the shoes and emailed those to them and again asked how to return them for a refund because I knew that I wasn't ever going to wear these shoes. 

The company kept sending me the same generic emails and I was just getting more and more frustrated. Then they told me that nothing was wrong with my order and that they were not at fault so therefore they don't owe me a refund. They told me to just keep the shoes and deal with it, basically. They told me that I should have "inspected" the shoes before I accepted them from the mail carrier. They also told me that the shoes would be too expensive to return so just keep them. They have refused to give me a refund or even tell me how to send the shoes back for a refund no matter how many times I have asked. I have pictures and all of the emails to prove everything that I'm saying.
