I would also like to add that we have had over 6,500 happy customers & over 10,000 positive transactions through our store.
Stolen Items? No, don't think so. Original receipts are kept for every item that is sold through our store & we would be more then happy to show them to whoever whats to see them.

I don't know why these 2 individuals who keep posting these fictitious reports. I guess you have to consider the source,

-The first one was arrested for prostituting over Craig's List & currently has a warrant out for her arrest.

-The second one has been arrested for credit card fraud,  assault & harassment & had a copy of her mug shot printed in the newspaper after she escaped from a state mental ward. She definitely is NOT married to a police officer (LOL). She has had a couple other imaginary husbands too. Come to think of it both of these women have tried claiming they were married to men they weren't actually married to.

Neither of these two women have ever purchased anything from our store. They sit here online making up numerous fake names to print these fictitious reports.

You would think with as many skeletons as these two have in there closets, they wouldn't go around making up stories about people. But, I guess they have to do something to try to make them self's feel better.

I would love to see some ebay item #'s for these alleged items? Or a copy of the police report? Please feel free to post either.

I don't live in Fair Lawn or Union City, but you would know that from the return address on our shipping label if you actually purchased something from us.

As, for the other women mentioned above Mary Rodowicz, she still currently has a warrant out for her arrest  for harassment & failure to appear.

Christie scammed me too.... i bought a few things from her and found out that they were used. I tried to return them to her and she started to curse at me. I reported her to ebay and also to PayPal. I have gone as far as to file a police report. Once i filed the police report i found out that Christine Scarmazzo has a long record with the police dept in fact she is known for theft. Wouldnt be suprised if these things were stolen also. I think ebay should really be careful on who they allow on their site to sell things. I think everyone should know that is girl is trouble. My husband is with the police dept in our state so again i am not too worried about getting my money back.

First off I want to apologize to Michelle Quinlan. When I first saw these reports I did not read them threw completely. Upon going back & re-reading them I remembered a email I had received from Mary Rodowicz (email copied & pasted below). I have sent a email to the editor asking him to remove Michelle Quinlans name from these reports/rebuttals.

After purchasing 2 items from me Mary Rodowicz started sending me harassing, threatening emails. I refunded her payment immediately threw paypal because I could see she was unstable & I didn't want to have to deal with her (the paypal refund is also copied & pasted below). She was later kicked off ebay for the 30+ harassing emails she sent me. I never shipped any items to Mary Rodowicz. These reports she has wrote on here are out and out lies. Mary Rodowicz is a prostitute & sexual predator. She has numerous user names on ebay & i offer. These are all a front for her prostitution ring. She has been arrested for selling sex over craigs list. You can see the news paper artical that was written about her in the TELEGRAM & GAZETTE by Brien Lee, either here on rip off report or if you google her name. I had to go file a complaint with my local police department & notify the Ludlow, M.A. police department about the numerous harassing phone calls I am receiving from Mary Rodowicz. This women actually went to the extreme of breaking into her boyfriends ebay account just to send me harassing emails. And then filed 2 FAKE reports here on Rip Off Report under 2 different FAKE names. She also called Michelle at least 3 times. A women she has never had any prior contact with. Now you tell me what kind of 42 year old women acts like that?

SELLERS BEWARE - THIS IS A FAKE REPORT!!! Michelle Quinlan is actually the one who wrote this report. She wrote another one under the fake name Kelly to. She says that I am a psycho & a nut. But what king of person goes to the extreme of making up fake names & reports just because I wouldn't take back her return because it was past my return policy time frame? Michelle Quinlan! She purchased 4 bras from me. Wore them for a month & then filed a claim with paypal saying they were damaged. She returned them to me smelling of cigarettes 7 cheap perfume. With no tags. Paypal had me send the bras she returned to me directly to them & refunded my money. She is a liar & a scammer! Please take a look at my feedback on ebay with over 1500+ positive transactions.

She also filed a couple false reports against me on here. She couldn't even get the fake name she was using right. At the beginning of the post she said her name was Jodi. Then it changed to Sandy. I have all the emails she sent me & they are copied & pasted below. They are also available with full headers upon request. She states how much she loves the items she purchased from me. She has done all of this because I would not accept a return from her because it was passed my return policy time frame. She even tried lying about the day she received the items. The USPS tracking # is also below.

There is obviously something very wrong with her that she would go to the extreme of making up fake names & filing false reports.

The "red" one is not red it is dark pink and the yellow one is to big. Hi, as far as the red one it is red. That bra does not come in dark pink. It does come in a light pink with a darker pink around the floral pattern(which I can show you a picture of, actually there is a picture of the model wearing it in the listing) but it was never made in dark pink. Please look at the color again. You can also call VS to confirm this by the color code on the care tag. If you need the phone # let me know & I will provide it for you. As far as the yellow if there was a problem with it you should have contacted me within 3 days of receiving it as my return policy states. You received it on the 12th. at 10:59am. so if you had a problem with it you should have contacted me when you received it should have been postmarked back to me by the 15th. at 10:59am. I don't accept returns after 3 days. I can allow people to keep items as long as they want & then decide to send them back. My return policy is stated in all of my auctions.

Yes I have the number for victoria secret and I did just call them as you stated I should and they did say it is red but isnt a bright red (as you made it look in the listing) and you should have listed it that way also. PERIOD. The yellow bra was not listed properly either. PERIOD. And I didn't get them on Saturday, I got them on Monday and contacted you about it today Tuesday. The bottom line is this 1. you didnt have these item listed properly 2. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AND FEEL MISLED 3. The red bra she purchased was listed as red. It was not listed as bright red, dull red etc. I had her call VS & the to told her it was red. There is no way for me to alter the color of a item.
