Its very sad that people can report items like this and attempt to damage a reputation.  Its more sad that they have nothing better going on in their life.

I have worked with and for the individual reported since 2004.  What he has accomplished speaks for itself.  The individual -  on her so called complaint is licensed in multiple states in mortgages and insurance.  If he is such a bad guy, as she claims - why would so many states continue to provide him a company license and individual license year in and year out?  I believe he has carried a license, when required since the early 90's. 

Being in the industry and working for this company, I know and undergone extensive testing, fingerprinting, background checks -  all required by each state you work in.  Many people can't get licensed - for little things like "bad credit".  Many people have gotten out because all they new was "subprime"  or couldn't pass the test - again.

I don't feel its proper for a "telemarketers", without any documentation, was paid (confirmed by her) and clearly doing this out of anger should be able to go out and attack a persons character.  Afterall, background checks and fingerprints are required and if you don't pass when the state checks you out - you will not be issued a license.  I understand, he has complied and past all agency background checks, tests, etc, etc. - year in and year out.

If she really felt she was given a bad deal, she would have spent the money on an attorney or contacted the regulatory body governing his license / state, but she didn't.  Instead, you elected to use a cheap tactic to attack his good name.  Why?  because she was actually paid, and paid without returning company property.  Which would considered "theft".

I have no issues speaking out that:  A) The individual is still in this industry and successful, B) fully licensed, & C) has multiple people under him and around him that fully support him and feel bad that he has to deal with things like this.  D)  I have NEVER had an issue getting paid in 8 years - not once, but then again I didn't steal company property or hold it hostage.

She confirmed she was paid, confirmed she didn't return the company property - to date. -  but still went out of her way to damage his name after the fact.  Pathetic!!!

Is that the employer hired her without even needing her, which is strange, and then starts making up stuff about Jager key chains or whatever; this seems more like a break up than an employment termination.

And Caroline - this is a place to post grievances you want non-involved people to see; that is the point of this site. Oh and also, you might want to go ahead and get that GED, given your writing abilities.

the lady - looks like you recieved your money, pissed this guy off by posting some....unethical statements about him after you recieved your check, never returned the key

the new lady / boss - who r you? - i mean does she work for her mother or girlfriend?  how do you know her habits outside work.?

Christina is an employee of mine and she is very trust worthy and all of the above of what he has said is incorrect. She has been an employee of mine for over 2 years. She is never late, doesn't call off, and is helpful to others. she never goes out to the bars and for a fact she doesn't drink. So before you believe anything this business owner has to say please feel free to call me!

I feel quite bad for this poor girl! It seems to me that this employer is just very upset at losing a good employee. You can tell by the way he speaks he must not be too smart. Poor girl! I hope karma gets this guy and that any future employer that reads this sees right through him. This guy needs to grow up!

Posting multiple reports against her just makes him look insecure. He better hope nothing bad happens to her or her family since he included her address in the top of this message!

Michael, I came to work and did my job very well. I would assume that is why you would tell me how much better I was than your former employees. I did not quit without notice. I was in the hospital for things that I told you about and I still came back to work after that. I was alone in your office at night, it wasn't the most comfortable place for a young woman to be especially after I had someone follow me to my car one night. I'm sure you can see why I wouldn't want to work there anymore. I told you ahead of time that I was quitting and you responded to me by saying "I understand. I will mail your check out. If you ever want to call just let me know the week before. u did a good job". I saved all your texts so yes, that is word for word. I did not send your key because I was waiting for my check since you repeatedly said you sent it and I did not receive it. Since you changed the locks I guess I will just throw the key away, I honestly forgot I had it since it took you so long to send out my check.  I never once told you I frequent the bars. I do not even drink alcohol. I also do not have a Jager bottle opener key chain, nor have I ever. I do have a Lanyard that holds all of my keys that is jager. I find the things you are saying about me are slanderous and I do not appreciate you posting my address and my other place of work. I have never stalked you and frankly I am quite tired of you writing to me on here and acting like a child. PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE! The only thing I ever wanted was my final paycheck, which I have now received so please stop contacting me. I really do not understand where you come up with me stalking you?? It makes no sense, I have not tried reaching you in any way shape or form since I got my check.

I saw her other post, and you said none of this about the key and whatnot, so I am suspicious. 

BTW, you said you did not really need her; is she smokin' hot or something?
