Christine Judge Agency Does Not Pay You, Steals Your Applications, Waste of Your Time Jackson Mississippi

Working at the Christine Judge Agency will be a huge waste of time for you. Her agency has a massively high agent turnover because management is so bad. They micro-manage you, they degrade you, and you do not get paid on time if you are even lucky enough to make a paycheck. She will take a 2 hour lunch instead of making sure agents get paid on time. Most of the time your check is wrong and Christine Judge does not try to help get the company to pay you.

The majority of agents working at the agency are being screwed out of their paychecks. The company pays 100% commission. Its takes all of your effort, (your time, your car, and your gas money) you will find yourself making it home at 1 or 2 am in the morning sometimes, only to find out that you are not getting your measly paycheck because somehow you owe the company money because someone cancelled. The management team does not do anything to help straighten things out even though they receive a percentage of all the business you write.

Christine Judge also passes all of your business to her boyfriend or other favorites in the office to make easy money off of your efforts, so things are constantly coming out of your paycheck so it’s a no win situation. Christine Judge is incapable of making sound decisions. She said in one meeting "It’s not her job to care whether or not agents make money" then why does she make a percentage off of agents' efforts. She also said she only cares about herself making money.

Christine Judge had to borrow money from another member of the company to pay the bills at the office.(If she had to borrow money, what do you think you will have to do???) Yes, you will borrow money from your family and friends ALOT.

She also lost the North Mississippi territory because she failed to manage it properly. She sat around crying like a pathetic fool in front of everyone. Why would anyone care about her losing money when she doesn't care about her agents' basic needs?

 More than half of the people working there end up worse off than before they came. It’s really long hours so you have no time to work anything else and if you are not making a paycheck,  ... how can you pay your bills. Half of the agents can't go out often enough because you'll spend $200 or more in gas every week and we travel all over the state. Christine Judge actually argued and made fun of an agent in a meeting about having no gas. The leads are overworked and Christine Judge lies about the lead packs. If she does not like you she will give you a bad lead pack (disconnected numbers and people who are too old to take policies). She is a passive aggressive idiot, so instead of her having the gall to say what the problem is, she will play stupid games. She will change information on your applications so they will not go through.

 She has very little knowledge of the insurance business, so when you ask her about your paperwork she will put it off and you will end up having to email the home office because she is too dumb. Most of the managers there have very little knowledge of the business, so they avoid you when it comes to time for questions dealing with your money. This will end up costing you because it will result in chargebacks. She always says in the meetings that she is smart enough to hire people to do things she can't do, but apparently that is running out, I mean who wants to depend on her for handouts.

 Christine Judge likes to brag like she has accomplished so much but in reality she only made the low end of 6 figures in her 2nd year and most successful State General Agents do that their 1st year and then are on to substantially higher incomes. She made fun of some agents for not having air conditioning in their cars. She is a sinking ship, in the insurance company she is housed out of, in order for the home office to see you as a productive manager you have to turn in codes (new agents have to have a policy submitted up under their agent number). Christine turns in many fake codes to the company, most of the times when she submits it to the company the person has already left. And if you are a new agent, you get to book all the appointments and watch the manager make a big check while they throw you a small bone so they can meet the code quota.

Despite everything if you still get in there and hold your head down, ignore the drama and favoritism, chances are you will still fail in the Christine Judge Agency. She doesn't like anyone who doesn't suck up to her. She will promote wrongly, people who don't deserve it. Most of the people she promotes have a submissive personality, so if you have an ounce of pride you will not make it. She has put many people in a master general agent position, who had worked at the company less than a week and most of the time they leave within the month.

She also said in meeting that she will keep your renewals  which is the percentage of your money that you are entitled to after you have been vested 1 year. I don't know where home office is when all these wrong things are being done, apparently they don't care. They are definitely not on their game and do not have a good check system.

Life at the Christine Judge Agency

Well I don't even know where to start. One word definitely doesn't sum it up. She tried to sleep with the first Master General Agent who came down to work the Mississippi area with her. When he turned her down, she found a way to get him out the door. She also got involved with this younger guy Danny Umbertone at the office who basically kicked her butt in front of half the office because she claimed to be at SGA meeting when in fact she was with someone else's husband who was another SGA (... Cocaine was involved). She got back involved with the younger guy and since then we agents have seen many more bruises which she blames on her being clumsy (typical).

 Some of the agents went out for drinks with her and she did Cocaine in front of us and many of us suspect that she does Cocaine pretty often at the office. She often tells agents she doesn't care about them, that they just make excuses, but she stands in front of the room in meetings and tells us all these pity stories about her life. I always wondered how the hell can you expect people to care about you when you don't care about them.

 She is extremely self conscious about her looks and her age so if you are a decent looking woman don't even expect to come on. She does everything to try to hold on to this younger guy, and he spent most of his time looking after other girls that worked there and it drove Christine crazy.

Danny Umbertone always seemed ashamed of Christine. She is very nasty looking. Christine is very old looking, she has wrinkles, a drooping neck, and a big stomach. She tries to keep a tan but it doesn't do anything for her. She makes him all these promises that she will help him be successful in the company, but he has been there over 5 years and Rudy from corporate said after 2 years you should be a pro at this business.

When her personal life is out of whack she cannot function which is all the time. Her and Danny seem to have a weird relationship more like (Mom and Son) and he spent most of his time lusting after this other young girl. And that kept Christine in a bad mood all the time, so all us agents had to deal with her bad mood on a weekly basis.

Christine is really jealous and she does not want anyone to be better than her even though she is mediocre. She slept with a bunch of fat boys who help her get the position so she is too dumb to really know how to run an office. She even told us agents in a meeting that her ex-husband beat her because she was unsuccessful at another company. She said she ended up staying in a hotel room and then moving a mattress to someone's house.

Most of the agents at the office don't make paycheck on a regular basis and it’s not the company, its Christine Judge and the way she does things. And Danny is supposed to be the master general agent, but if they are all making so much money at the company then why is Danny driving her cheap used car versus having his own car? Why is Christine Judge borrowing money to pay monthly bills? And why doesn't she have a real car like other SGAs, (Aston Martins, Bentleys, Maserati)?

The best thing I can advise is to go give it a whirl and see for yourself. I am sure you will have the exact same experiences. I am very cool and in contact with the majority of the agents who worked there with Christine Judge and they all say the same. Applications changed, business stolen and given to Danny Umbertone, and the overall negative vibe in the office because she is always in horrible mood are reasons they are no longer there.

The company she is housed out of does have a good opportunity, but right now with the Christine Judge Agency you are wasting your time. You will make more money holding a can out in front of Walgreens.
