Christine O'Brien of (770) 298-0555 at Caliber Home Loans in Peachtree Corners, GA is an unethical and unprofessional liar who defrauded my family with multiple fake loan pre-approval letters, only to flip to a hard denial 2 DAYS before closing on our dream home.
We'd been working with Christine for months while we searched high and low for the home that would be just perfect for our family. Along the way, Christine assured us that we qualified for a loan with no problem. We updated her often, only to find out that we had wasted all of our time and money on inspections and more. She even went so far to pressure us to pay for a Home Value Assessment at $400, knowing that she had no plans to approve our loan at all. Who does that?
If you are thinking about doing business with this organization, do yourself a favor and find a more reputable company. I wish I would've seen all these reviews BEFORE we wasted our time with them.
