 If you are looking to rent a home, STAY AWAY from 5106 Twin Cedars dr in Monroe, NC 28110. The owners (((REDACTED))) are out to gain a quick buck out of you by any means necessary. They will lie to you about move-in specials, due dates, and the term of your lease agreement knowing they have NO INTENTION TO HONOR ANY OF IT. They will charge you for the house and refuse to allow the tenant access to the office. They use it for a storage unit so they have a reason to keep visiting the property. They are very short tempered and rude, and they will threaten to call the police for any petty reason. They have a neighbor that reports to them as a spy who they use to befriend the tenants to gain insight. The owners really loves this house but cannot afford it, so every time they feel the pinch financially they rent it out, but as soon as their situation changes they will kick the tenant out even if the lease has another year on it. They will tell you one move out date, and as soon as the nosey neighbor notices a move out truck at the residence, he reports back to the owner and they will begin to threaten you to leave sooner (Like the next day) leaving you no time to get your remaining items and to fully clean the property. Our family has been renting for years, and by far this was the worst experience EVER!! THESE WOMEN HAULED US INTO COURT FOR A $90 FEE that they attempted to extort out of us when they changed the due date after lying about it when we initially signed the contract. If you want a peace of mind, avoid these lying, sue happy, creeps like the plague!!!
