My Father John Lang had a mini stroke, was hospitalized, while my Father was hospitalized, the following took place.

Wayne Smith employed by Scotia Wealth, is whom I dealt with on a regular basis, this man pretended to have my Father’s best interest at heart and mine.

Chris Chipman made rare appearances, not like when my Father came into the office, Chris Chipman, bowed down and kissed my Father’s a*s, when in the office.

Chris Chipman sent Wayne to deal with me.

Provided me with a copy of the POA stating they were the POA only.

This man demanded all bills and documents to be provided to his office, and then demanded I needed to provide him with my Mother’s Death Certificate. 

I provided all these documents requested by Wayne, once Wayne received my Mother’s death certificate, Wayne’s attitude drastically changed.

Wayne would no longer take meetings with me, everything became a privacy issue, and he no longer had to discuss anything with me.

In this time they had a doctor come in and deem my Father incompetent.

Was called into a meeting with Peter Glowalki, employed by Thompson, Dorfman, Sweatman LLp

I now look back in retro spec, and I see why Peter had this meeting with me was to inquire if I had any other papers.

Once I informed that I wanted Peter to apply for POA for me, and I quote.

“This was a substantial estate, and it was way over my head and that because I was on Welfare, the courts would never allow it.  I also would need to come up with the $200.00, which is not stated on the letter they provided me.  They stated it would come out of my father’s funds, not true, Peter told me I would have to come up with the money on my own.  I asked family members to help me, but no one had that kind of money.  Peter then insisted it go to Public Trustee’s Office, that this would be best for my Father, and for me.

I begged Peter to apply for me, and that I wanted top of the line health care for my Father, and that I did not care about my inheritance, that I would spend every penny on my Father’s health care, since it was my Father’s money, it should be spent on him.

I cried, I begged, I pleaded, and Peter looked me straight in the eyes and said NO.

Peter then presented me with the letter (see attached)

They were sending it to Public Trustee’s Office.

And they did.

I never heard from these men again.

While at Public Trustee’s Office, they liquidated all properties, and materials, did not pay any bills on the house or the house insurance, and even tried to take my Father’s car, I had to purchase it from Public Trustee’s Office for $1.00.

When I demanded to know why Public Trustee’s Office was selling off all of my Father’s belongings, when I know he had enough money to sustain all, Public Trustee’s Office then stated, they did not have to inform me of anything as it was a Privacy Issue.

While at Scotia Wealth, and while at Thompson, Dorfman, Sweatman, and while at Public Trustee’s Office, these people made my life a living hell, as they did with my Father as well.

Forced into a home and one I might add that stole his clothes, and even tried to steal his TV at one point.

I bought my Father new clothes out of my own pocket by the way, and his clothes would go missing, in the laundry and did not come back, my Father had holes in socks, and new clothes gone, new blanket gone.  I had various conversations with Supervisor regarding this.

I was forced to sell my Father’s home Public Trustee would not let me rent it out, as they were not landlords and did not want to do that.

They would not renew the house insurance, or pay any bills.

Right out refused to speak with me after I purchased the car from them.

Now we are at May 1, 2010 my Father dies.

I was dealing with a divorce lawyer at the time Norman Rosenbaulm, I asked him if he could help me with this estate, Norman referred me to David Boyechko, David only came in to meetings when Norman would call him in and sign on documents, however, Norman was the one I dealt with on a regular basis.

I have since discovered, that Norman was to never deal with Wills and Estates, ordered by Queen’s Bench.

Norman had me sign papers to have the estate released to his personal account, as I had gone on a trip to Ottawa, out fear for my oldest daughter’s safety.   (Long Story)

I had to fight with this office now for my money; they now made my life a living hell to receive any of my monies.

The hell just did not stop.

The rest is self-explanatory, as you follow the emails.

I finally managed to get a ticket to Winnipeg, Nov 2015.

Went through some of my dad’s old papers and asked a former bank employee, that I never received the safety deposit box or any of that.

She informed me that no one, and she meant no one, could access that safety deposit box but me, and to go ask for it.  So I did.

And that is when everyone was caught lying, and the stories, was just ridiculous.

While in Winnipeg, Nov 2015 many business people informed me of the Chipman’s instant wealth they acquired in 2011.

Business people kept leading me back to the Bekken, Oil Company.

I am also pressing charges on First Nations that participated in this embezzlement.

Example:  Donavon Fontaine, Phil Fontaine, Southern Chiefs, Roseau River Chiefs, Grand Chief, Derrik Nepinak.

Roseau River was renting out a private property for 8 Billion a year, and made self-government on that revenue. NOT ON TREATY ONE LANDS.

I was then informed of the Winnipeg Jets purchase and then informed of one of the subdivisions I owned was MTS Bldig and True North.  There is other subdivision’s this is only 2 of them.

I have since been informed, Marc Chipman was a district attorney in North Dakota, (2010) and this is how they started the Dakota Access Pipeline with a shell company, and had been embezzling since 2006 and became public in 2011 when they realized, I did not realize that was mine, or my Father’s.

The rest is in writing from all these so called professionals and people in trusted servant positions, and they did a number on me, and on my Father.

I have cried, through this writing, as I have also left out, how they have stalked me since 2006, made my life a living hell, and continue to this day.

Will provide you with emails should you decide to take this case, I have provided these documents to all of Canada, and the MP’s and Law Enforcement Agencies, and the same response.

Fishing to see what I have for papers and documents, none were questions to help me enforce my rights, just to cover Chipman’s a*s.

I really do look forward to having a partnership with you, and I really do hope this is not the case with you.

I have watched your videos and I am trusting again, that you will help me.
