Well to say the least I was happy to see Chris respond to this because it means he did not scam me with a fake name. Everyone who gets scammed needs to file against people like this so we can protect ourselves. This guy had no intentions of working or giving me my money back but he sure played me hoping I would just go away...thank you very much Rippoff report !!!

PS If you send this guy money he will take it and give you nothing in return...you have been warned!!!

The complaint filed against me is not commendable showing the 3rd party has no right of action.

I was hired by a certain Rick to do the ads posting on craiglist, we had a meeting of minds as to the stipulation of the contract giving us the a perfected contract. The alleged up front payment has been agreed upon by me an Rick (employer) giving me the right to demand for the agreed amount. I didn't refused to do the work, in fact, i did an overview of the project even during process of perfection of the contract.

The issue originated when i experienced network disconnection but despite of the fact, i didn't fail to notify Rick about the situation. On the 2nd day of the contract, Fritz Hermann sent me an email introducing himself as the business partner of Rick accusing me of unprofessional words. I talked to Rick and we settled the issue and resume to work but Fritz Hermann is insisting the we want a money back despite the consent his business partner Rick to resume the project. Since then, i'm receiving threat from Fritz Hermann. I blocked him to my skype list but still sending msgs.

I told Rick that I'll be going to continue the work and he said okay. During the review of the ads on craiglist, Fritz Hermann changed the log in details so not to continue on the work and keep emailing and instant messaging me "we want our money back losser". He is the one violated the contract despite the willingness on my part to undertake the job. Moreover, there is no stipulation as to the refund since that is my policy as service provider.

From there, I constantly receiving accusation and bad words from Fritz Hermann.

I'm praying for the removal of this post due to lack of merits and probable cause as it certainly affects my business reputation.
