I went to this attorney because I was refered to him. He talked a good game in the beginning but soon after I started to notice things.Not returning calls, losing papers not explaing things correctly. I had to file chapter 13.Once he was paid by the trustee he could nt be bothered numerous calls emails were ignored.
To make a long story short after many unanswered calls and emails he finally emailed me and told me to leave within my means. Telling me to overnight him $800.00 before he would continue. He was disrespectful and uncaring. Told me to have have a nice life. Do not go to this man he is money hungry and deceptive!

omg, did not know he died. Wondering if you had seen my comment befor you hired him. I hate to speak ill of the dead but he put me and my husband a lot of heartache and suffering. I fired him and became my own attorney!

Horrible,deceptive, lying, attorney. He was a drunk and verbally abused his clients. He died this past October, karma is a b........I still have his nasty unprofessional emails, I was going to the ethics board when he died.

i have dealt with attorney Christopher Kern since 2011. This person couldn't be more wrong about him! He has been nothing more than helpful to me and my family! When my husband passed away in 2012, he went above and beyond to help me deal with a bankruptcy ! He always returned my phone calls, always showed up for court and was very personable! I am at the end of my bankruptcy now and he continues to help me with the paper work ! I received papers that I didn't understand , I called and left a message, he returned my call the same night ! Bankruptcy takes time, you have to do your part , as far as I am concerned , I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good bankruptcy attorney!
