Chumba Casino online Virtual Gaming Worlds Total ripoffs, games are rigged not to pay. A continual loss

I send so called "trouble tickets" to the Customer Servic Reps about the gaming issues I encounter. I have been playing the games for several months and on a rare occasion do win enough of what they call "sweeps" and cashed out a few amounts. But seems  that the more the games are played the less they play, customer service says they have no control over when and if a game does pay as it is a "random" generated win. To me, its all software, software can be manipulated to do what the programer wishes it to do as I suspect the case at Chumba Casino. Occasionally one of the CSR's will try to quiet me down by what they call "sprinkling a little Chumba Love to the account" , which by the way is quickly lost. They do have daily and weekly "trivia" games shown on their Facebook page but many many people have posted such comments as there is a select few who repeatadly win those contest. Myself I have not tried to track that part.  I also play those trivia games and have never won one, nor the  weekly trivia. Seems others are lucky there too . 

Any time I do contact and make a comment I get the same basic reply, as its alway luck and eventually luck will change , keep playing and the "big" win is going to happen. What happens is I loose more. I was once awarded the opportunity to test a new game , a table game of Black Jack and given free "Sweeps" to so. I played a bit then started tracking the progress to find out the payout was %85 to , house favor.  They do list on the Facebook the so called winners of jackpots, but then again , there are others on the page that do the tracking for personal reasons I assume say those people aren't real players, just names picked from air.
