CIC Credit Monitoring Service ripoff rip-off scam dirt bags Orange California

I like many others have been miss lead. I go to use my check card the other day and it had been denied. I know for a fact that I had at least $90 in there. Well I get online to check out my bank statement and there was a charge for $79.95 Taken out on 7/21/03 from CIC Credit Monitor SVC.

I had no clue of who these people were, so I searched online for the name so I could get a number to call. Well sure enough when I did, in the search one of the top articles was from Rip-Off Report. I went in and started to read some of the reports and it was like WOW I was not the only one.

I called CIC that same day and told them that they need to return my $79.95 to my account immediatly for they did not even notify my that it was being taken out, and I dont remember signing up for a FREE Credit Report. They told me that it would take 7 - 10 business days. in the mean time I have a a check out there that is going to go through my bank and the money wont be there. I would really like for them to reimburse me my overdraft charges as well, but they said that was not there problem.
