seems it is affiliated with Equifax, when you click on those ads all over the web that says "get a free credit report", and give them your card number, they will charge you $12 next month. And there is no way you can contact them by email or web. fortunately if you call them and talk to a representative, and if you are strong enough to as her to cut the cr*p and just refund you, you can have your money back. Just call, you have to call with 30days of the initial subscription.
