Citadel Equipment Finance, is not a real company, it a scam. First they would inform you that you are approved for x amount of dollers. Then send you the paperwork to sign, and ask for the first and last of lease payments plus the docs fees in advance. After a few days they would inform you that you were not approved. Then the run around begins. Then they would send you a bogus refund agreement, in which they would ask to keep like 30% of your advance deposit for the docs fee. You'll never see the money from this jerk Adam Dwinell, so he calls him self. There no live person to answer the calls. He is running this scam from a basement somewhere. DO NOT GET IN TO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THEM.
