Complaint Review: cigarettehouse.net
I ordered 6 cartons of cigarettes from cigarettehouse.net on 5/15/13. e-mailed 6/11/13 asked cigarettehouse.net why cigarettes had not arrived. No response from previous e-mails. Responded when I asked about buying more cigarettes.
Recieved 3 cartons on cigarettes in June.
6/28/13 I email cigarettehouse.net status of other 3 cartons I had paid for. Was given a USPS tracking #.
USPS was contacted by me. No record of tracking #.
7/9/13 I emailed cigarettehouse.net They said they would resend.
7/19/13 I email cigarettehouse.net, stated I would post complaints about waiting over 2 months for cigarettes, multiple emails, checking with USPS.
7/22/13 cigarettehouse.net emailed me this morning. They stated cigarettes had been lost in the mail and will refund my money.
I won't hold my breath waiting on my money.
