CigarInternational.com AKA aka:susan-order/sales agent--amanda-supervisor i called in to for joes daily one day deal, sales/order agent wasnt aware of the order online. furthermore susan requested my info first before she dont even what order i requested. susan was very impatient chewing gum over the phone like a street person thug, her tone of voice was very nasty and difficult to deal with. susan admit she was there less than one yr. i ask her why is she very difficult to place an order. all i want is to place an order and she wasnt train and professional abot this matter. bethlehem Pennsylvania

who are u kidding i spend thousands of dollars on cigars and cigar international is giving me this attitude over the phone. i ask for a manager put on hold for half hr, then i call back they hung up on me. i called again and finally reach the supervisor "Amanda" , she did nothing about this matter and when i ask for upper management she refused there is no managemnt that is employed here only here.she even stated theres no owners or supervisor. when i did a investigation there's is CEO-Mr Keith Meire, COO- Mr. John Demaroc, MBA- Mr. Sven HJindrikes ( CEO of Swedish Match AB). Furthermore, Amanda (suoervisor/mngr or whatever) told me this company isnt for me!.

Is this what Ciagr International all about after i spend thousands of dollars in cigar in this company. Is this what i get in returned for customer service over the phone when i place an order. In matter of fact i wouldnt place an order again because i did a research online, one of employees there stole 40,000 dollars of torch lighters. he finally got caught! Now can i trust this company again? Absolutely not! In matter of fact this company gave a bad order of cigars before! Becareful of the Padron cigars they are fake! Fake bands along with bad cigars!!!..All in all, do not order from cigar international.com anymore because the cigars are bad along with sales/order and constumer service Susan and Amanda, ( they might use an alias)
