Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

How CigArrest Rips you off. Their internet site offers you a free 30 day supply of their product. They ask you just to pay the shipping charges which range from $ 3.00 - $ 5.00. They ask you to enter a credit card number to cover the freight charges of your 30 day supply. # 1 NEVER enter a debit card number.
Now comes the Switch and Bait.

When you get your product instead of sending you a 30 day supply they send you a 90 day supply. So now they
have you in a bind. When you call them they inform you in 30 days your credit card will be charged for the additional 60 day supply they sent you.

At this point call them and inform them to stop any further shipments, but they still have you in a bind. They have charged your credit card for the 30 days at say the $ 3.00 shipping fee.

Now comes the good part, they do not bill your card for 30 days for the extra 60 day supply. The 30 day period starts the day you place your first order. The extra charge is usually $ 69.99. When you call them tell them as I stated before to stop any future shipments and tell them you want to return the extra 60 day supply. Ask for the persons name and a return Auth number.

Now from some of the stories I have been reading about this company even if you send the other 60 days back they still charge your card $ 69.99.

Now let me make one thing clear you signed up for a 30 day supply but they sent you 90 days. So this makes the extra 60 day supply extra goods sent to you without your consent. This is against the law. The law states if someone sends you something you did not order or
authorize you do not have to pay for it or send it back. You have been scammed.

Now before the 30 days is up call your credit card company the same company you used to pay for your free 30 day supply. Now this must be done before the 30 day period is up and before they try to charge you for
the other 60 days you never asked for. Tell the credit card company you lost your credit card. And ask for a replacement card. So when CigArrest tries to
charge your card for the 60 days the charges will be rejected by the credit card company. If CigArrest calls you inform them you only ordered a 30 day supply and they sent 90 so you will not be paying them anything.

Do not send anything back to them, They broke the law by sending you 60 extra days you did not authorize. So you owe them only the the $ 3.00 shipping fee they have already charged you. Tell them you don't like the switch and bait tactics of the company, and you only agreed to a 30 day supply,

Now if the 30 days has gone by and they have charged your credit card the $ 69.99. Write them a strong worded letter about the Switch and Bait tactics they used and you never authorized that amount to be charged to your card. Now mail a copy and send it certified return receipt so they will have to sign for the letter. Before you mail the letter make a 2 copies 1 for yourself and 1
for your credit card company. On all credit cards you have 60 days to dispute a charge on your card. Write a letter to your credit card company the address
will be on one of your bills and attach a copy of the letter you sent to CigArrest and dispute the charge as unauthorized by you. Remember you only have 60 days to do this. The credit card company will review your claim and CigArrest will have to produce evidence you authorized the charge,They will not be able to do this. If you try to do this after the 60 day period you are
out of luck and will have to fight it out with CiqArrest yourself. File a claim with the Better Business Bureau they may be able to help.

Regardsless of what stage you are in report your credit card was lost to your credit card company so at least CiqArrest can no longer charge your card in the future.I have read some people have been charged 2-3 months later and are having trouble getting their money back. I hope this helps some people who have been scammed by CiqArrest.
