Cigarrest ripoff Vista California

i PURCHASED TWO CIGGARREST KITS @ $8.00 A PIECE AFTER I visited the sight and then I received a call stating that the only fee if I cancel would be $16.00 for two kits. I cancelled after recieving first order like I was instructed but now a month later I see my checking account was debited 199.70 .

$99.85 for two more kits that I cancelled. I called the company and they said it was for the next shipment that I cancelled. I was so mad . I then went online and made a fake order and the price was 6 something, the rest was free. I then called the number online and was told they are not the company they just get orders for them . I called the 800 number again and I was told if I mail the contents back I will be refunded . We will see because on 1/13/06 I am mailing this to them .with a receipt they must sign .I contacted the BBB. FCC
