Please provide more information - your 'complaint' makes no sense

AUTHOR: Greg - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 03, 2007

What terms and conditions changed? What did you call for support on?

I know that they do make changes to the policies from time to time, but you are usually 'grandfathered' in to the terms at the time of purchase. Case in point, I had a 3 year old laptop whose batteries would not hold a charge. Now, they do cover batteries...but when I bought it, they did not...and therefore my battery was not covered.

Without more information on your situation, your 'complaint' does not hold much credibility. Provide more information, and maybe you can get help with your problem.
