SEO Reputation Management at its best!

I purchased a membership to this web site under the precise of the sample reports provided. There was no mention that all the sample reports provided were outside of the member ship sold on the website www.cellphoneregistry.com. While I read through all the FAQs and terms there was no mention that the sample reports displayed were in addition to the mempership fee. The report samples given on the web page do not match up with what the cisnationwide.com web page provide.

Thus misrepresentation of the service provided and the fees charged were grossly exaggerated. The very first number I researched was my own landline. The results were exactly the same as the FREE REVERESE PHONE NUMBER searches provided. Unlisted Land Line, which is because I have a VOIP phone number. I clicked the link that stated additional information was available only to find for me to learn my own name would cost $15.00.

I was lead to believe that I was purchasing a 1 year unlimited search pass with a full report. Only to find out that the search pass provided no more information that what their own FREE WEB SERVICE cellphoneregistry.com provided. To obtain any more information than what was displayed on the screen required an additional $15 dollar charge. This was not explained while signing up. I was lead to believe that a basic report would be supplied. The service was grossly overstated as to what was provided.

I searched the website csinationwide.com afterwards and discovered a fraud alert has been posted about this web site.

I have learned never to trust a web site, vendor or place of business that cant tell me their price list up front before signing on. They do that because they know that they will scare away customers, if the consumer knows the real cost of their services.

To display reports that are not included with the basic membership is teetering on switch and bait advertising. Yes I read through all the Terms of Use and through the FAQs only to find out that CISNATIONWIDE.COM skirted around what they would actual provide until after I signed up and entered their web site.

My recommendation is if you need to research a phone number use a free reverse phone lookup and if it doesnt provide a name, stop unless you really need that information for a legal purpose.
