Morday, May 29,2006, I found a web site that looked as if anything I wanted to have assest to was right at my finger tips. After completing the paper work and paying for my first year of useage, i discover it to NOT BE as adverstised. They recived my credit card number as payment. I will appeal the payment of on grounds that thr informationgiven to me was misleading and under Florida law a buyer has 3 days to cancel any purchase if not completely satified.Today is Tuesday,May 30,2006.

Customer Support.

Eric - Stockholm, Other
Sweden
------
You just answered quite a few reports Eric, but they weren't for the same company. Tell me please, how many other companies are you a customer support rep for? From your rebuttals I've read so far, I have seen the following companies reported and you signed as Customer Support on each of them.

courtrecords.org
csiworldwide.com
webinvestigator.org
www.restrictedonly.com
webstigate.com
-------
add in cheapcarfinder.com
--------
add in seizedrealestate.com
--------
add in reversemobile.com
--------

Do all the companies go to the same place on the web that just has more links, that then ask for more money from your customers that already paid you, to receive the information they seek?
--------
I asked the above question to you on the investigation web site reports, I must ask it again worded slightly different on this report about cars. How many *different* types of businesses are you putting on the web, charging customers a fee to access and then only giving them links to other businesses of the type they seek, who will change them more money?
--------
Wow Eric, this is getting fun. I normally will just jot new paragraphs of info into a notepad window as I build research on companies reported on this site. That changed tonight as I am running across new company after new company .. ALL with a rebuttal by you. You sign yourself as I copied at the beginning of this: Customer Support

So, I guess everyone gets to read things as I come across them, some of which they may have already read. I ask again, how many companies are you working for? Please tell everyone all of the company names and URL's. See ya on the next report.

Adding lines at this point to help those not finding all your rebuttals know where each new addition starts and ends.
--------
Added in the company URL on this rebuttal.
--------
So Eric, your sites can help me find criminal records, buy a cheap car, buy foreclosed homes, find out who owns the unknown number I'm seeing on my cell CID and God only knows how many other companies and what they claim to do? The more rebuttals I see you on, the less I believe you.

Please tell us all the companies you work for and what type of business they are. Who is the owner of them? Who owns the DNS? Where are they located?

See ya on the rebound.

Dear Customer:

Cisworldwide.com is the url for the members area of Courtrecords.org, which provides you with criminal records. As, it is clearly states in our Terms and Conditions, you receive 6 points upon signing up, which is more than enough to do a comprehensive background report on a person. Our terms also state, that every time you do a criminal search on a person, your points are depleted, no website on the net can afford to offer you a "no hit, no charge" for criminal data. In addition, to 6 points, you also get unlimited access to all our resources, which include:

Access to various databases of courthouses
Hundreds of informational ebooks
Links to various state and national agencies where you can obtain your criminal record for free
And hundreds of other public records resources.

If, all this information is not worth your $34.95, then I challenge you to find a better deal. Average price for ONE criminal report is $49.95!

But, if you are still unsatisfied, as you stated in your complaint, I will be happy to either issue you a refund, give you additional points or help you with your criminal search.

support@courtrecords.org

Sincerely,

Customer Support.
