CIT Financial & Lease Finance Group ripoff allows non- authorized employees to sign contract agreement Chicago Illinois

The sales representative came into the store i work supposedly to set up our credit card service. we owned 3 Credit card machines already. He said to the sales manager who has no authority to the corporate account that our machines would not work with their system and that the would supply a machine free of charge.

He then asked for an copy of an unsigned voided check to set up the account information for deposit. Things seemed well at first until the company began to have un-authorized deductions from the account by CIT Financial and Lease Finance Group for lease of the (FREE) credit card machine.

This lease is for a 48 month term of automatic deduction with additional charges for insurance Etc.

When the sales manager called to return the machine he was told he had only 3 days to cancel the lease that was non-cancellable and if the company stopped payment they would own Half the company. Luckily the Manager does not own a company.

Then they said they would take his house that he again does not own.

It seems that this sort of SCAM is going on all over, but more so in the State of Georgia. This is due to the O.C.G.A. which is the official code book of Georgia. (Most of the other states fall under the 30 day cancellation of contract clause)

The state of Georgia however Uses its own Constitution that once reflected the ideas of the Constitution of the United states and was at least acceptable but due to constant ammendments certian rights and obligations have been subsided such as the written clause that says the rights of an individual or company are protescted under the 30 day clause unless otherwise specified on the contract.

This brings in many companies to scam with only a 72 hour period of protest.

What has this Country come to when we ffed off our own civilization without honor or justice.
