Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

CITI Cards is the biggest fraud that I have run into in years. If you have a credit card from this group or have been intentionlly targeted, pay them off and get off of their list as credit worthy business. The actions incurred against an account that I was unaware of even having.
(A) The postal service returns their invoices to their return address and CITI card services
Declares "they are not liable to receive return mailed."
(B) Banking institute notifies me that CITI Cards is responsible for reporting my account
Late (over thirty days) and my credit score has been reduced from 750 to 690.
(C ) My immediate response to CITI cards, Customer Service, I am told "not to pay the bill"
And/or balance until I have received a proper mailing. I sit in wait almost ten (10)
Business days for the action to take place.
(D) CITI Cards starts harassing calls every Friday at dinner time, Eastern Standard Time.
(E) I explained the situation but CITI Cards is not liable. "Who told you, not to pay?"
We are "not liable for any statements made by our customer service representative."
(F) Once the invoice arrives, I call Customer Service at CITI cards and tell them that I want
To pay this account off and they notify me that if I pay it off within a week, the interest Rate which jumped from 2.99% to 29% would stop. The check was mailed within three days from zip code 27929 and went directly first Class mail to their Card Center. Seven days later, I called Customer Service at CITI Card center and they said they had not received the check. I called U.S.P.S. , contracting Agent for this district and they told me that CITI cards received the payment within three Days since they work 24/7. Tracking this account, they received the payment in full But did not account for the check until the check had cleared their account and at this Time they didn't have to give my bank a letter that this account was not a penalty nor did It have a late charge attached to. They, also, charged that account $20 plus for interest Incurred. WOW!
